【摘要】 介绍了一种一般表格特性宏模型的方法,该方法的优点是计算量少缺点是存储量大、查找速度慢。为了电路的设计与计算效率,提出了一种利用最小二乘法进行曲线拟合的方法,该方法能够减少存储量,并采用二分查找法加快其查找的速度,方法便于计算机编程实现。在电子设计自动化方面能够得到很好的应用。更多还原
