控轧控冷工艺对建筑用耐火钢组织和性能的影响
Effect of controlled rolling and controlled cooling processing on microstructures and mechanical properties of a fire-resistant steel for construction
【摘要】 以含Nb、Ti的微合金钢为对象,通过实验室控轧控冷实验,研究了终轧温度和冷却速度对该实验钢组织和力学性能的影响.实验结果表明,当组织为粒状贝氏体时,钢的强度较多边形铁素体明显提高,高温强度也较高,但韧性值有所下降.通过优化工艺参数,能够获得优良的综合性能,可以满足建筑用耐火钢的技术要求.
【Abstract】 Controlled rolling and controlled cooling was carried out in an experimental rolling mill for a steel microalloyed with Nb and Ti. Effect of processing parameters including finish rolling temperature and cooling rate on microstructures and mechanical properties of the steel was studied. The results showed that the strength of the steel mainly consisting of bainite was higher than that of steel in which ferrite was dominant and the strength of the former steel at high temperature was also higher, but its ductility deteriorated. High mechanical properties can be obtained by reasonably optimizing the processing parameters of the steel and the requirements for the fireresistant steel can be reached.
