【Abstract】 University culture is divided into core culture, mantle culture, and surface culture. Core culture means the principles and concepts stuck to by a university during its running process, including views of mission, of management, and of behavior, etc. Running principles, as a long deposit and philosophical summary of running thoughts, are pursuit of running ideal under the guidance of educational laws and objective laws of social development. "Attaching superior significance to humanism, laying stress on connotations, strengthening characteristics, speeding up development, and ranking among the top." Such running principles are pursuit of NUAA’s running ideals, thoughts, and aims under the guidance of educational laws and objective laws of social development.
