基于Open GL的真空断路器机械动态仿真方法
Mechanical Dynamic Simulation System for VCB Based on Open GL
【摘要】 真空断路器是中压配电网络中最重要的设备之一,断路器动作的可靠性直接影响配电网络的安全稳定运行。对断路器机械动态特性进行软件模拟分析,是研究断路器机械特性的一种重要的辅助手段,不仅可以降低断路器设计过程中的试验次数,而且可以提高设计的科学性和合理性。本文以配永磁操动机构的真空断路器为例,用三维图形函数库OpenGL和VC++软件联合编制了断路器机械系统三维模型动态仿真软件,对断路器的分合闸过程进行了仿真分析计算。该软件可以模拟不同参数下的机构动作过程,对照在不同参数的仿真计算结果,并且可以将仿真计算结果存储和打印以便作进一步的分析和处理。
【Abstract】 The vacuum breaker is one of the most important devices of medium distributed system, and the reliability of the breaker’s movement directly affects the power system’s stability and safety. It’ s a very important method to simulate the breaker’s mechanical property with software, and it’s an essence to the breaker’s auxiliary designing and research. With this method, not only the amount of the experiments can be lessened, but also the designing Scientifics can be improved.With the permanent magnetic actuator vacuum breaker, this paper implements the beaker’ s simulation software with VC + + and the three-dimension graphics library OpenCL. The software can simulate the switching on-of process and the simulation process of variable coefficient, compare the simulation result, and store and print the result for further process.
