新型CO2气体保护焊在导管架建造中的应用
Application of a New Welding Process Shield by CO2 in Construction of Jacket
【摘要】 介绍近几年出现的一种新型的CO2气体保护焊接方法——表面张力过渡焊在导管架建造中的应用情况。用这种新型焊接方法进行的一系列焊接程序试验,确定出不同焊接位置(横焊、立焊、全位置焊)打底焊的焊接工艺参数,打破了以往在海洋钢结构工程的建造中只能用手工焊、氩弧焊进行打底焊的局限,体现了表面张力过渡焊所具有的焊接效率高、背部成型好、飞溅小等优势,提高了焊接工效,节省了焊接成本。
【Abstract】 The application of a new welding process shield by CO2 - STT (surface tension transfer) is introduced in construction of jacket. We have found the best welding parameters of root pass after a series of, welding procedure qualification test by different welding positions. It breaks the conventional welding method of root pass vvelding with SMAW and GTAW. It is carried out that the main character of high efficiency, low spatter and excellent baking profil? The procedure increases working efficiency and reduces production cost.
