【Abstract】 WTO, an economic organization featured with freedom and equality, competition, and internationalization, contains many innovative ideas. It calls for the springingup of innovative talents. As a requirement of WTO, university teaching should foster students’ innovative consciousness and ability to turn them into innovative professionals by focusing on the following aspects: specialized knowledge and multiple competencies, critical thinking, active construction, character education, practical application, and personal mastery.更多还原
