略论我国人民陪审员制度及其改革
On Reform and Perfection of China’s System of People’s Jurors
【摘要】 本文通过对陪审制度产生情形的研究,探讨了我国人民陪审员制度的渊源和职能,指出了我国人民陪审员制度存在的问题,并对如何改革提出了若干建议。
【Abstract】 By studying on the forming situation of the system of jurors, this paper discusses on such topics as its originality and function, and points out the problems it has. Several propositions also are brought on how to reform and perfect this system.
