【Abstract】 College students are the subjectivity and beneficial persons in competitions during the popularity and development within college physical competitions. The internal value reflected is as follows: educational value, bodybuilding value, entertainment value, competitive value, creative value and life-long physical value etc. And internal physical competitions of college students are a part of college administration.
