【Abstract】 This paper makes a unique analysis of the challenges and opportunities that China’s financial circles will meet after its entry into the WTO, and explicitly points out that China’s financial macro-management Legal System disagrees with and even lag behind in some respects the relevant WTO rules, and furthermore, this paper makes some suggestions as to the reform of China’s financial Legal System.更多还原
