高等院校人才流失浅析

【摘要】 在知识经济时代 ,人才是资本 ,是市场竞争的砝码。作为培养人才的高等院校 ,更应该具备高层次的师资队伍。然而 ,高校人才流失严重 ,一定程度上影响着我国人才的培养 ,如何留住人才、用好人才是目前高校亟待解决的问题

【Abstract】 As is known the talented human resources are the decisive force in the marketing competition, also known as the age of knowledge economy. As of the universities that train personnel, the talented human resources are even more vital. However, the loss of the talented in universities is a very serious matter for our educational cause. Thus, this paper intends to suggest it be an immediate issue to keep and raise our talented personnel in the universities.
