【Abstract】 The employment dilemma faced by the college graduates who were born and brought up in farmers′ families is that they don′t have job opportunity in cities while they are unwilling to find jobs in the rural areas.At present when there is still difference between town and country and oversupply of labour,proper measures must be taken to find jobs suitable for college graduates in both town and country and help the graduates to extricate themselves from predicament.更多还原
