小电流脉冲TIG焊电弧动态特性的MATLAB仿真
Simulation study on arc dynamic characteristic in low current pulsed TIG welding with ATL AB\SIMULINK
【摘要】 依据自动控制理论中的小信号理论,小电流TIG焊的电弧具有线性系统的特征。在此基础上,通过研究小电流TIG焊电弧的物理特性,建立了电弧的数学模型,然后利用功能强大的仿真软件MATLAB\SIMULINK建立了仿真模型。在仿真研究中,重点分析了脉冲电流和脉冲TIG焊电弧的时间常数对仿真结果和电弧动态特性的影响。仿真结果与试验结果十分相近,与相关文献的理论分析也相符,从而为分析、研究小电流TIG焊电弧的动态特性提供了一条新的途径。
【Abstract】 According to small signal theory of automation theory,arc of low cu rrent TIG welding can be considered as a linear system.Based on studying of ph ysical characteristic of the arc,a digital simulation mode is developed with MA TLAB\SIMULINK.Subsequently,the influence of pulsed current and timing consta nt on the dynamic characteristic of arc has been studied.The results of comput er simulation are verified by experiment results,and accord with correlative theory.This indicates that MATLAB\SIMULINK is a new method for analysis in the dynamic characteristic of arc in low current TIG pulse welding.
