有保温层的拱坝温度荷载研究
Study on the Temperature Load of Arch Dam with Insulating Layer
【摘要】 在大体积混凝土结构中,温度应力是一个十分重要的问题。寒冷地区拱坝的温度应力较大,温度荷载的影响可能大大超过水荷载的影响。为了降低温度荷载,减小拱坝厚度,本文在文献[1]研究基础上提出在拱坝下游面粘贴聚苯乙烯塑料板作为永久保温层、确定温度荷载的计算方法。给出了年平均温度场T1(x)和对应的平均温度Tm1与等效温差Td1的精确解。该法已应用于红河二级拱坝。
【Abstract】 Thermal stress is of vital importance to mass concrete structures. In cold areas, temperature load may be a more important factor than water load to take into account in dam design due to the large thermal stress. A study is made on the basis of Document with a view to lower the temperature load and reduce the thickness of arch dam. The idea is put forward to attach polystyrene plastic board to the downstream of the arch dam as permanent insulating layer. Calculation method for temperature load is determined, and the accurate solution of mean annual temperature field T1(x), its corresponding average temperature Tm1 and equivalent temperature difference Td1 are given. This calculation method has been applied in the twostage arch dam on Honghe river.
