【摘要】 通过对12例臀肌挛缩症临床诊治的分析,得出结论:多次频繁的肌肉注射是本病发生的重要原因,步态和姿势异常是本病的主要症状,患髋屈曲、内收、内旋活动障碍为本病的主要体征,手术松解挛缩束带为本病行之有效、唯一的治疗手段,减少或避免肌肉注射是防止本病发生的根本措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article explores the causes of children’s gluteus muscle convulsion and contract,special clinical walking manner;body symptoms and operation methods. Method: Review and analyze the eavses of 12 children’s gluteus muscle convulsion and contract, special clinical characteristics and operation method. Result; Tracking down the caes for half a year or a year , the children suffering from the disease recovered and the special walking manner and body symptoms-disappeared. Conclusion: The disease is mainly due to the frequent muscle injection. The unusual walking manner and gestures such as obstacles of hip jointbend, rotating towards inside and outside are the main body symptoms of this disease. To loose convulsion and constract bend through operation is the only effective way to cure this disease. Reducing or even avoiding muscle injection is the thorough measure to be away from this disease.更多还原
