利用电解铜废液除杂制硫酸铜的研究
Research on Eliminating Impurities in Copper Sulfate by Using Waste Electrolyte
【摘要】 采用化学和沉降法处理电解铜废液,除杂制硫酸铜。除杂的最佳pH值范围为3.0—3.5,沉铜最佳pH值为5.5-6.0,铜回收率为96%。该法流程简单,设备投资少,在工艺生产及环境保护方面具有广阔的前景。
【Abstract】 Copper sulfate can be obtained from waste electrolyte by chemical deposition. In the course of experiments, the best range of pH in eliminating impurity elements ’ process is 3.0-3.5. In the depositing of copper process,it is 5. 5-6. 0. The percentage recovery of copper process is 5. 5-6. 0. The percentage recovery of copper is 96. 0%. This method is simple and the investment is less, so the process has a broad prospect of application in the industrial production and environmental protection.
