自焙槽预焙化改造及污染源对比研究
The Pre - roastizational Reconstruction of Self - roasting Electroly ser of Aluminum and the Contrast Study on Pollutant Source
【摘要】 分析了60KA自焙电解槽的预焙化改造,改造后特征污染物氟化物削减80%,沥青焦油削减100%,年节电1.87×107kwh。预熔化改造是解决目前自焙槽铝电解环境污染的有效方法。
【Abstract】 Pre - roastizational reconstruction of 60 KA self - roasting electrolyser of Aluminum is analyzed in this paper. It is found that the characteristic pollutant the fluoride of AI industry after the reconstruction was went down by 80% , the asphalttar pollution by 100% , the electricity was saved about 1. 87 x 107kwh. It is an effective way to solve the environmental pollution in self - roasting electrolyser of Aluminuml.
