【Abstract】 Using indica\|japonica hybrid rices of Ⅱyou2070, Ⅱyou419 and their restorer lines 2070, Zhong419 as materials, we studied grain filling dynamics and starch phosophorylase changes of vigorous and weak spikelets. The results show that vigorous spikelets start to fill at early filling stage and inhibit grain filling process of weak spikeletes. This kind of grain filling dynamics was matched with the changes of starch phosophorylase of vigorous and weak spikelets. Though indica\|japonica hybrid rices had lower setting percentage than that of their restorer lines, they had higher yield as a result of large sinks with many spikelets.更多还原
