【Abstract】 The Liuhe Geopark is a geological heritage with scientific meaning and unique scenery . Neogene volcanoes are gathered there with varieties of basalt columns, which have seldom been seen in the world. It is also a concentrated area of the unique Yuhua pebbles with stratigraphic sections of regionally comparative implications. Several important places of popular resorts are situated in the Geopark, such as the historically famous Lingyanshan Mountain, the Jinniu Lake for rest and vacation as well as the Yeshan Iron Deposit, whose resources was exhausted and could be exploited to be a landscape for its important position in the mining history of China. The Geopark has favorable positional conditions with many visitors because it is located at the provincial capital.更多还原
