【摘要】 创建学习型体育教研部是全面建设小康社会、促进人的全面发展的需求。文中在论述研究背景、必要性、意义及方法论等基础上,从高校体育工作实际出发,采取制定方案、明确目标、强化措施、全力推进、领导带头,加强指导等方法推进创建活动的开展;提出了5种学习策略,旨在形成学习型组织,强化终身学习理念,重塑形象,提高素质,加强体育教研部建设,发挥职能部门的作用,促进高校体育可持续发展。并为普通高校提供可行的理论模式和实践方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is necessary to set up P. E. department of teaching and research with the type of study in colleges during the time of building primary prosperous society and facilitating people’s development in an all - round way. Based on discussing background, necessity, significance and methodology of the study, and practical work in colleges, the powerful measures of making goals clear, consolidating measures, working hard,leaders’ taking the lead and strengthening guildance are taken to boost activities of setting up and five strategies for study are put forward as well.Hie purpose of this paper is to shape organization of ’to study’,stress on lifelong study,re- create imagery,improve quality,enhance construction of P.E. department of teaching and research, bring functional department into play, promote sustainable development of colleges and provide colleges with feasible theory mode and practice scheme.更多还原
