【Abstract】 International regime is an important sphere in the theoretical studies of contemporary international poh’tics. Exemplifying by PR China and the USA as two representives, the authors attempt to study international regime and state-involvement from another perspective. In the authors’ opinion, the main factors influencing the attitude of a country in her involvement in international regime include: national interest; national power and position of the nation in international regime; goal and nature of foreign strategy of the nation; nature and function and change of international regime itself.更多还原
