【Abstract】 During Xu Xu’s early years, he widely took in various trends of thought in Western culture. He not only strongly interested in Marxism but also had the belief in the idealist philosophy of Kant and Bergson and had the meeting of minds with Freud’ s psychoanalysis. He established the values of liberalism at last, and thus he diverged from left-wing trend of thought. During 1930s, Xu Xu’s cultural choices showed the characteristics of complexity and plurality.更多还原
