【Abstract】 Taking the ocean stereo monitoring system of Taiwan Strait and abjacent sea area as example, a study is made on the cateory of service, the level of service, the system design, and the critical technology for the implementation of a network based service system dealing with ocean stereo monitoring information. Different schemes of service implementation are put forward according to the demand of different user groups. This multi level service system takes into consideration the demand of different users and takes advantage of apparent and potential value of monitioring information. With regard to the technological implementation of this service system, a scheme based on WebGIS and webservice is put forward.更多还原
