【Abstract】 A general formula for the specific property of non linear resistance is derived by applying field theoretical teachings. Electric current as analytic expression of the function of electric voltage can be derived from crystal diode as non linear resistance. Theoretical basis is thus offered for applying analytic expression of crystal diode to engineering.更多还原
