全碳反应烧结碳化硅的制备
The Manufacture of Pure Carbide Reaction Bond SIC LIU
【摘要】 研究了用PCRBSC方法制备SiC,观察发现用该方法制备的SiC晶粒中存在层状结构,并且由于没预掺α-SiC,反应烧结速度快于RBSC方法,且生成的SiC均为β相,与RBSC方法相比,生成的SiC晶粒更加细小均匀。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the manufacture of SiC is studied by using the pure carbon reaction bonded method.The result shows that board crystalline is in the matrix body.Moreover,the sinter speed of PCRBSC is more rapid than RBSC because not added α -SiC.In PCRBSC there only exists β-SiC . And compared with RBSC,the SiC crystalline grain is much smaller and uniform.
