【摘要】 冠心病心绞痛的发病机制主要是以气虚为本 ,痰瘀互结为标。加味温胆冲剂功能益气活血、通络化痰 ,能使患者的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集显著降低 ;患者心功能中的SV、CO、CI显著提高 ,并使患者的TPR降低 ,治疗前后比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。更多还原

【Abstract】 The root cause of angina pectoris from coronary heart disease is mainly qi deficiency in combination with phlegm and stasis. The actions of this granules are replenishing qi, promoting blood circulation, removing obstruction in the collaterals, and dissolving phlegm. They can markedly reduce patient’s whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, packed cell volume, fibrinogen, and platelet aggregation.
