【摘要】 目的观察消心痛胶囊 (XiaoXinTongCapsuleXXTC)对大鼠离体心脏的药理作用。方法采用Langedorff氏方法观察消心痛胶囊对大鼠离体心脏冠脉流量、心肌收缩力及心率的影响。结果消心痛胶囊能明显增加冠脉流量 (P <0 .0 5 )、心搏幅度 (P <0 .0 5 )和显著减慢心率 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论消心痛胶囊能明显减慢心率及增强心肌收缩力。由于心舒期的延长 ,延长了冠状动脉的灌注时间及减轻了心肌对冠状动脉及其分枝的压迫 ,同时心肌收缩力增强有利于每搏输出量增加 ,从而使冠脉流量明显增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the pharmacological effects of Xiaoxintong Capsule(XXTC) on the heart of rat in vitro.Methods Langedorff method was used to observe the pharmacological effects of XXTC on the blood flow of coronary artery,contractility of cardiac muscle and the rate of heart beat among rats experimented on.Results Significantly increased content of blood ffow in coronary artery and the range of myocardic contractility (P<0.05) were observed among the hearts treated with XXTC while largely decreased heart rate (P<0.05) were seen during the experimertal period following the same treating.Conclusion XXTC holds the actions to slow down the heart rate and increase the contractility of ocardiae muslce sighificantly.更多还原
