【摘要】 目的调查分析抑郁症 5类中医证候舌象、脉象特征。方法根据国内 8个调查点所收集的抑郁症常见中医证候标准临床流行病学调查资料 ,将其中的肝郁气滞、肝郁脾虚、肝郁痰阻、心脾两虚、肝肾阴虚5类较常见证候的舌象、脉象进行统计分析。结果抑郁症 5类证候共 1 731例 ,各证的舌象、脉象具有一定的特征 ,例如肝郁气滞证的舌象表现以舌质淡红、舌苔白或黄为主 ,脉象表现以脉弦为主。结论抑郁症中医各类证候的舌象、脉象特征可为抑郁症的中医辨证提供一定的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the character of tongue and pulse associated with five patterns of depression. Methods The data used for this study were collected from 8 surveyed areas throughout the country to investigate the clinical epidemiology of common patterns for depression in TCM.Then,the character of tongue and pulse was statistically analysed for five common patterns of this lesion,including such ones like Liver depression and Qi stagnation,Liver depression and Spleen deficiency,Liver depression and phlegm obstruction,dual deficiency of the Heart and Spleen,and Liver-Kidncy Yin deficiency. Results As seen among the 1731 cases with depression,various patterns held certain character of tongue and pulse For example, that of Liver depression and Qi stagnation was reddish tongue,white or yellow fur and stringlike pulse.Conclusion The character of tongue and pulse can be taken as the supporting evidences for the syndrome differentiation of depression.更多还原
