【摘要】 目的观察地龙煎液对人出血时间、凝血时间的影响。方法口服地龙煎液 2次 ( 2 0mL/次 ) ,检测其出血时间、凝血时间。结果地龙组出血时间、凝血时间均比对照组明显延长 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论地龙能延缓人类生理性止血和凝血过程更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of pheretima decoction on bleeding time and bl ood clotting time in healthy young people. Methods Bleeding ti me and blood clotting time of sampled healthy young people were determined aft er taking pheretima decoction 2 times (20?mL each time). Result Compared with that of controlling group, the bleeding time and blood clotting t i me in treating group were all significantly prolonged (P< 0.01 ). Conclusion Pheretima decoction can interfer the course of physio stanch and blood coagulation in healthy people.更多还原
