【Abstract】 Objective: To select the best MS medium. Method: Culture in 2, 4-D, and 6-BA medium, and study the effect of plant growth regulators on its callus induction and proliferation. Determine the oleanolic content using TLC. Results: The highest induction rate was found at MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+2.4-D1.5mg/L medium, so are the shortest time and highest oleanolic content.更多还原
