【摘要】 为探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)脾虚证病机和治疗方法 ,将近 1 0余年来的书刊文献中有关CAG脾虚证的胃粘膜、超微结构、生化指标的变化 ,与幽门螺杆菌及免疫因素的关系 ,以及中医药、针灸等治疗研究资料作一综述。认为中医药治疗CAG脾虚证有一定的优势 ,但其流行病学调查、动物模型等方面还存在不足更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the pathogenesis and therapeutic method, the author made a summary of the changes of gastric mucosa, ultrastructure, and biochemical criteria, its relation to pyloric Helicobacteria and immune factors, and information about the treatment with herbal medicines or acupuncture printed in the recent decade. This paper holds that Chinese Medicine has its advantage in treating such syndrome, but further studies need to be done in terms of epidemiological survey and animal models.更多还原
