【摘要】 目的 :验证止咳喘口服液的临床疗效。方法 :将 1 6 1例急慢性气管炎患者随机分为止咳喘治疗组与急支糖浆对照组。结果 :显示止咳喘组有效率明显高于急支糖浆组。结论 :对于属外感风寒束表、饮热互结、痰热阻肺之急性气管炎和慢性气管炎急性发作者 ,可采用以解毒祛邪、宣降肺气、清热化痰、止咳平喘为治则的复方制剂止咳喘治疗 ,效果良好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To test the clinical efficacy of this oral solution. Method: Randomly divide the 161 patients with acute or chronic trachitis into treatment group given this solution and control group given Jizhi Tangjiang (syrup). Result: The effective rate of the former is markedly higher than that of the latter. Conclusion: As this solution, a compound reagent is made to dispel toxin and pathogens, disperse and descend lung qi, clear away heat and resolve phlegm, relieve cough and dyspnea, it can be used to treat acute trachitis or chronic trachitis at the stage of acute attack that belong to invasion of the exterior by exogenous wind and cold, phlegm retention syndrome intermittent with heat, and stagnation of phlegm and heat in the lungs.更多还原
