【摘要】 目的　比较非洛地平缓释片、卡维地洛和卡托普利对 10 2例原发性高血压患者的降压疗效。方法　采用随机、单盲和平行对照的方法 ,观察治疗前后心率、血压的变化。结果　三种药物均能显著降低血压 ,非洛地平缓释片、卡托普利降低偶测血压的幅度无显著差异 ,对心率无影响 ;卡维地洛可使血压降至正常 ,但仍较另两种高并可使心率减慢。结论　非洛地平缓释片、卡维地洛可每d服用 1次 ,卡托普利每d 3次 ,均具有良好的降压疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the therapy effects of felodipine, carvedilo, and captopril in 102 patients with essential hypertension Methods A randomized single blinded and a parallel contrast therapy were designed Heart rate (HR) and blood pressure (BP) were observed before and after treatment Results Three kinds of drugs could decrease BP significantly Felodipine and captopril had no difference in decreasing BP occasionally, both had no effects on HR Carvedilo might decrease BP to normal level, but lower HR Conclusions Felodipine and carvedilo being taken one time a day, captopril being taken three times a day may decrease BP efficiently更多还原
