【摘要】 目的 :为提高临床标本中血液培养的阳性率 ,研制系列血液增菌液。方法 :配制不同成分的系列血液增菌液 ,对2 48份标本进行同步培养 ,与普通常规细菌培养方法对照。结果 :共检出 3 5份阳性 ,阳性检出率为 14 11%。其中 1号脑心浸液肉汤 :共检出 3 3株各类细菌 ,阳性检出率为 13 3 0 % ;2号胰酶大豆肉汤 :共检出 2 6株各类细菌 ,阳性检出率为10 48% ;3号对氨基苯甲酸肉汤 (常规对照组 ) :共检出 18株各类细菌 ,阳性检出率为 7 2 6% ;4号葡萄糖肉汤 :共检出 2 9株各类细菌 ,阳性检出率为 11 70 % ;5号L型肉汤 :共检出 14株各类细菌 ,占 5 65 %。结论 :使用系列血液增菌液培养基 ,能提高阳性检出可靠性 ,缩短培养时间 ,具有一定的实用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To raise positive rate of blood culture and develop series of blood culture.Methods Blood culture series were studied with various kinds of component to detect the 248 clinical samples and to evaluate of blood culture series in the positive rate and the growth time.Results In blood culture series of 248 clinical samples,35(14.11%) showed bacteria positive results,in which 13.30% showed in NO.1 brain heart infusion broth media positive,10.48% showed in NO.2 pancreas soybean broth media positive,7.68% showed in NO.3 routine group positive,11.70% showed in NO.4 glucose broth media positive,5.65% showed in NO.5 L type broth media positive.Conclusion The blood culture series could raise positive rate of blood culture and shorten the culture time.更多还原
