【摘要】 目的 :建立测定皮疾灵口服液中连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法 :样品经以氧化铝为分离柱 ,以70 %乙醇为洗脱液洗脱后进行测定。色谱柱为ODS柱 ,乙腈 -水 (2 5∶75 )为流动相 ,流速为 0 .8ml·min-1,2 2 9nm为检测波长 ,建立RP -HPLC法。结果 :所建立的RP -HPLC法的线性范围为 :2 5～ 4 0 0 μg·ml-1,r =0 .99998;平均回收率为 98.85 % ;日内精密度 (RSD)为 1.4 8% ,日间精密度 (RSD)为 2 .10 %。结论 :RP -HPLC法测定皮疾灵口服液中连翘苷含量 ,方法灵敏、准确 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a determination method of forsythin on Pijiling Fluids. Methods: The samples were determined after elution by 70% ethanol. The RP-HPLC method was established with the chromatography glass column was ODS, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (25:75), the flow-rate was 0.8ml·min-1,and the detect wave-length was 229nm. Results: The linearity coverage of RP-HPLC was 25～400μg·ml-1,r=0.99998;The average recover rate was 98.85%.The RSD was respectively 1.48% in a day and 2.10% between every day. Conclusion: The RP-HPLC method is sensitive and accurate for the determination of forsythin on Pijiling Fluids. It can be used for the quality control of the preparation.更多还原
