【摘要】 目的 :探讨加味丹参饮预处理对缺血再灌注损伤家兔心电图的影响。方法 :将健康家兔 32只 ,随机分为假手术组 (Sham)、缺血再灌注组 (I/R)、药物预处理组 (DP)和缺血预处理组 (IP) ,每组 8只 ,分别预处理 2 4h后行心肌缺血 6 0min、再灌注 12 0min ,观察家兔心率、Ⅱ导联心电图ST段等的变化。结果 :I/R家兔标准Ⅱ导联心电图心率明显减慢、ST段明显抬高或T波倒置 ,并且绝大部分家兔出现心律失常 (87.5 % ) ;而药物预处理和缺血预处理对ST段抬高或T波倒置以及心律失常有明显的改善作用 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对心率变化作用不明显 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :加味丹参饮预处理对家兔缺血再灌注损伤心肌有明显的延迟保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Jiaweidanshenyin preconditioning on the Electrocardiograph (ECG)of rabbits with ischemical reperfusion injury. Methods:Thirty-two chronically instrumented conscious rabbits successfully underwent the following protocol. Rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: Sham (saline, duodenum), I/R (saline, duodenum), DP (Jiaweidanshenyin, 5.86g/kg,duodenum), IP (four 5-min coronary artery occlusion / 10-min reperfusion cycles). On two day (24h later), rabbits(except the Sham’s) underwent a 60-min coronary artery occlusion and 120-min reperfusion. The standard Ⅱ lead ECGs were determinated. Results:There were the markedly decreased cardiac rate, the elevated ST segment of the standard Ⅱ lead ECG in I/R group. Jiaweidanshenyin preconditioning and ischemia preconditioning could markedly antagonize the changes of the ECG and adjust the arrhythmia of the rabbits. Conclusion:Jiaweidanshenyin preconditioning is effective to adjusted the changes of the ECG of rabbit induced by ischemical reperfusion injury.更多还原
