【摘要】 目的 :考察宫环止血片的长期毒性。方法 :以蒸馏水作为对照 ,宫环止血片浸膏混悬液按 5 .88g生药 /kg、17.6 4 g生药 /kg、5 2 .92 g生药 /kg3个剂量组连续给大鼠灌胃 6个月 (2 5周 ) ,此时小、中、大剂量分别相当于临床剂量的 10 .6 9、32 .0 7、96 .2 2倍。结果 :给药期及恢复性观察期 (2周 )大鼠饮食、活动、二便正常 ,毛泽光洁。与蒸馏水对照组比较 ,体重增长、血液学及血液生化指标、主要脏器系数、肉眼观察及镜下组织形态学观察均无明显差异或异常。结论 :宫环止血片临床用药范围内长期服用基本安全无毒 ,且无明显的延迟毒性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study on the long-term toxicity of Gonghuanzhixue Pills. Methods: Contrasted with distilled water, extract suspension of Gonghuanzhixue Pills was constantly perfuse stomach in 3 groups of rat for 6 months with the dosage as 5.88g, 17.64g, 52.92g per kg respectively, corresponding 10.69, 32.07, 96.22 doubles as the clinical dosage. Results: The appetite, activity and excretion of rats were normal in the term of taking drugs and following observation for 2 weeks. Contrasted with the control group of distilled water, the increase of weight, hematology and blood biochemical parameter, visceras’ configuration and main modulus had no distinct difference or abnormity. Conclusion: Gonghuanzhixue Pills has no distinct toxicity in clinical application. \[更多还原
