【摘要】 目的 :观察中药化纤方抗慢性肝病肝纤维化的作用 ,研制抗肝纤维化的有效新药。方法 :采用化纤方治疗慢性肝病患者 87例 ,疗程 0 .5年 ;与秋水仙碱治疗 87例作对照。结果 :治疗组与对照组临床疗效相当 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;临床症状改善优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;血清肝纤维化指标HA、PCⅢ、CⅣ、LN等经 1个疗程治疗明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,与对照组相比 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :化纤方对慢性肝病肝纤维化具有显著的治疗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of Huaqian Decoction for the treatment of hepatic fibrosis, and develop the new drugs for counteracting hepatic fibrosis. Methods: 87 cases of chronic hepatopathy were treated with Huaqian Decoction in a half of year, and 87 cases were treated with colchicines as control. Results: The efficacy of treatment group was equivalent to control group ( P >0.05), whenas the clinical symptom was excelled than the control group. The serum parameter of hepatic fibrosis such as HA,PCⅢ,CⅣ and LN had declined markedly after a course ( P <0.01 ), with a significant difference contrasted with the control group. Conclusion: Huaqian Decoction has a remarkable curative effect on the hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatopathy. \[更多还原
