清热口服液稳定性探讨
Discussion on Stability of Qingre Fluid
【摘要】 目的 :建立测定清热口服液中黄芩苷含量测定的方法 ;探讨清热口服液中主要成份黄芩苷的稳定性 ,预测其有效期。方法 :以甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (4 7:5 3:0 2 )为流动相 ,流速 :0 .8ml·min-1 ,C1 8化学键合硅胶为固定相 ,2 78nm为检测波长建立HPLC法 ;采用经典恒温法探讨稳定性 ,根据Arrhinius计算。结果 :所建立的HPLC法适用于清热口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定 ;清热口服液中黄芩苷在 2 5℃下的分解常数K =1 .82 9× 1 0 -5,t2 5℃0 .9=8个月。结论 :清热口服液中黄芩苷初步不稳定。
【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method of determination of Baicalin in Qingre oral liquid, discuss on the stability of Baicalin on the liquid, and forecast the term of validity. Methods: The HPLC was carried out using silica gel composed by chemical bond of C18 as immobile phase and methanol-water-H3PO4(47:53:02) as a mobile phase, with the detection wavelength of 278nm. The flow rate was 0.8ml·min-1. The stability was studied by the classical methods of keeping constant temperature. It is calculated according to Arrhinius. Results: The established methods of HPLC is applicable to the determination of Baicalin in Qingre oral liquid; The decay constant of Baicalin in Qingre Fluid under 25℃ is that K=1.829×10-5,t 2 5 0 . 9=8mon.Conclusion: Baicalin in Qingre Fluid is not stable. \[
