【Abstract】 Objective To design and construct the mammary gland specific expression vecor of human FSH β(hFSHβ) in buffalo. Method to incorporate the buffalo β casein upstream reglatory sequence and human FSHβ cDNA as well as SV40 early polyA into the pLXIN vector with retriction enzyme and T4 DNA ligase. Results The map of the expression vector by BamHI+HindⅢ showed the positive clone and the incorporated sequence of human FSHβ,which was 100 percent of homologous to the known sequence by DNA sequencing. Conclusion The results showed the vector, pLXIN-hFSHβ, incorporated the human FSHβ cDNA,which was directed by buffalo β-casein promoter.更多还原
