【摘要】 目的 :研究胰岛素样生长因子 1,2 (IGF 1,IGF 2 )在植入前胚胎的表达及其生物学意义。方法 :采用原位杂交法 ,检测人植入前胚胎细胞IGF 1,IGF 2mRNA的表达情况。结果 :IGF 1及IGF 2mRNA于不同阶段的植入前胚胎细胞中表达不同 ,各表达量有差异。结论 :不同阶段的植入前胚胎细胞分泌IGF 1、IGF 2 ,参与早期人类胚胎的生长、发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor-l , 2(IGF-l,IGF-2) in human preimplantation embryos and to explore the effects of insulin-like growth factors(IGFs) on human embryos growth and development. Methods: To detect the expression of IGF-1,2mRNA in human preimplantation embryos with in situ hybridization assays.Results: IGF-Ⅰ?mRNA and IGF-2 mRNA expression were found in some 2-cell to blastula stages embryos, there was difference in intensity of staining in different stages embryos. Conclusion: IGFs may act as an important role in human embryos growth and development though autocrine and endocrine ways.更多还原
