【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate whether human umbilical cord blood cells express some neural specific molecules,such as nestin,neurofilament subunit M(NF M) and microtuble associated protein2(MAP2).Methods: Isolated mononuclear cells(MNCs) from heparinized human cord blood (50 100 ml) samples by centrifugation over lymphoprep(density 1.077/ml) density gradient and then determined the nestin,NF M and MAP2 mRNA expression by reverse transcript polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR).Results: The result showed that the freshly isolated mononuclear cells derived from human umbilical cord blood samples expressed nestin,NF M and MAP2 mRNA molecules.Conclusion: Neural stem cells existed in human umbilical cord blood cells.更多还原
