【摘要】 目的 :观察并对比多囊卵巢综合征 (PCOS)在经腹超声 (TAUS)和经阴道超声 (TVUS)下的形态学特点 ,寻找一些客观的实用的PCOS超声诊断指标。方法 :采用TVUS对 3 8例PCOS和 3 0例正常已婚妇女进行卵巢形态学的观察与测量 ,指标为 :卵泡数 (NF)、卵巢体积 (OV)、卵巢间质面积 (SA) ,总面积 (TA) ,及SA/TA比值 ,并用TAUS观察与测量NF和OV ,比较与TVUS对PCOS的诊断价值。结果 :PCOS组NF、OV、SV和SA/TA较对照组明显增加。两组中TAUS卵泡检出数明显少于TVUS卵泡检出数。结论 :SA的测量和SA/TA比值的计算在PCOS的诊断中具有非常重要的价值 ,TAUS和TVUS联合应用能提高诊断准确性 ,减少漏诊率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe and contrast the morphological characteristics of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) under both Transadominal(TAUS) and Transvaginal Ultrasonography(TVUS) and find some objective and practical diagnosis standard of ultrasonography of PCOS.Methods: Ovarian numbers of follicle(NF),ovarian volume(OV),ovarian stromal area(SA),total area (TA) and SA/TA ratio were measured in 38 patients with PCOS and 30 normal women with regular menstrual cycles by TVUS,and NF and OV were done by TAUS.Then the diagnosis value of both TAUS and TVUS in diagnosis of PCOS were compared.Results: NF,OV,SA and SA/TA ratio in PCOS group were significantly higher than those in normal group.In both groups,NF tested by the method of TAUS was significantly less than by TVUS.Conclusion: SA and SA/TA ratio were very important in the diagnosis of PCOS.TAUS combined with TVUS can promote the precision of diagnosis of PCOS and reduce the ratio of failure diagnosis of PCOS.更多还原
