转炉水力模型实验研究
Cold Model Study on Converter
【摘要】 进行了水力学模型实验,研究了氧枪供氧量、枪位等因素对转炉熔池的搅拌、喷溅、穿透深度的影响。研究表明:当弗鲁德准数控制在113.1,枪位在0.167m时搅拌均匀时间短,吹炼时喷溅少,而且较浅的熔池冲击深度就可以达到良好的搅拌效果,有利于减少对炉底的冲击。
【Abstract】 The effect of oxygen rate and lance level on bath stirring, splashing and penetrating depth has been studied in a converter through water model experiment. The results show that when Fr is controlled within the limit of 113.1 and the lance level is maintained at 0.167m both the mixing time of bath and the extent of splashing while blowing will be reduced. The better stirring effect can be achieved even with a shallow penetrating depth, and therefore the impact on the furnace bottom will be accordingly relieved.
