注意缺陷多动障碍患儿尿中儿茶酚胺分析

【摘要】 目的 :测定注意缺陷多动障碍 (ADHD)患儿尿中儿茶酚胺的含量 ,探讨ADHD的发病机制。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法测定了 98例ADHD患儿和 54名正常儿童 2 4h尿儿茶酚胺 (CAs)含量。结果 :ADHD患儿 2 4h尿去甲肾上腺素 (NE)、肾上腺素 (E)、多巴胺 (DA)均高于正常儿童 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,正常儿童男女之间差异无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5)。结论 :单胺类神经递质代谢异常可能是导致ADHD患儿注意力不能集中、活动过度、学习困难的原因之一。

【Abstract】 Aim:To detect the levels of urine catecholamines in patients with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and explore the possible pathogenesis mechanism.Methods:The levels of urine catecholamines(CAs)in 98 cases with ADHD and 54 normal controls were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results:The levels of urine norepinephrine(NE), epinephrine(E),and dopamine(DA)in ADHD group were significantly higher than those in control ( P <0.01),and these indexes had no significant sex difference among normal controls.Conclusion:Abnormity of catecholaminergic neurotransmitters metabolism might lead to scatterbrain, hyperactivity,and difficult studying in patients with ADHD.
