近交系豫医无毛小鼠STR位点的遗传检测

【摘要】目的 :探讨近交系豫医无毛小鼠 (YYHL)短串联重复序列 (STR)位点的遗传多态性。方法 :随机选择位于小鼠 3、4、7、1 6号染色体上的 5个STR位点 ,用PCR技术对近交系YYHL、DBA近交系小鼠及昆明小鼠进行多态性分析。结果 :5对引物在近交系YYHL各基因座上均出现一条带 ,其中D7Nds1、D3Mit2 2、D1 6Mit4三基因座表现为多态性 ,D3Mit2 1、D4Mit2二基因座表现为单态性。结论 :D7Nds1、D3Mit2 2、D1 6Mit4三基因座可用于检测近交系小鼠遗传特异性 ,结合近交系豫医无毛小鼠皮肤移植实验 ,近交系豫医无毛小鼠符合近交要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To investigate the short tandem repeat (STR) loci polymorphism of inbred strain Yuyi hairless mice. Methods:Five STR loci on number 3,4,7,and 16 chromosomes were analyzed by PCR in inbred strain Yuyi hairless mice,DBA inbred strain mice,and Kunming mice. Results: Inbred strain Yuyi hairless mice displayed single allelic gene band with five pairs of primers. Polymorphism was found at D7Nds1,D3Mit22,and D16Mit4 loci,but not at D3Mit21 and D4Mit2 loci.Conclusion: D7Nds1,D3Mit22,and D16Mit4 loci can be used in genetic checkup of inbred strain hairless mice.Combining with the results of skin transplant test, it is suggested that the inbred strain Yuyi hairless mice meet the request of inbred strain.更多还原
