用反应压力熔渗法制备高含量SiC_P/6013Al复合材料及其力学性能
Preparation of SiCp/6013Al Composite with High SiC Particles Content in Reactive Pressure Infiltration Processing and Its Mechanical Properties
【摘要】 研究了反应压力熔渗法制备高含量SiCP/Al复合材料的工艺过程及其抗弯强度。研究表明:通过适当的粒度配比,可在低温、低压力下熔渗制备组织均匀的高含量SiCP/6013Al复合材料,SiC颗粒含量达到63%;复合材料的强度在很大程度上依赖于SiC颗粒尺寸及界面反应程度,合适的界面结合及细SiC颗粒的掺入有利于复合材料强度的提高,最高可达445MPa。
【Abstract】 In this paper,SiCP/Al composite with high SiC particles content was prepared through a novel processing method-reactive pressure infiltration and its bending strength was examined.The result shown that appropriate SiC particles size mixture can ensure the infiltration of SiCP/Al composite obtained with high SiC particles content up to 63%(vol)at low temperature(700℃)and low pressure(1?070?kPa).The bending strength depends closely on the SiC particle size and interface reaction.Proper in terface bonding and addition of fine SiC particles favor the bending strength of SiCp/6013Al composite which can be high as 445?MPa.
