【摘要】 目的　输血传播病毒 (TTV)在中国郑州地区乙型肝炎病毒携带者、乙型肝炎患者中的感染情况。方法　采用TTV基因组ORF1区的套式聚合酶链反应 (nested -PCR)方法 ,对不同人群的血清标本进行检测。结果TTVDNA在 4 4例乙型肝炎病毒携带者中检出 10例 (2 2 .7% ) ,在 5 6例乙型肝炎患者中检出 13例 (2 3.2 % ) ,差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　TTV感染与ALT的升高无必然联系 ,TTV可能存在条件致病性更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To investigate the prevalence of TTV infection in hepatitis B patients and HBV carriers.Methods DNA of TTVwas tested for by polymerase chain reaction with nested primers in serum of all peoples.Results DNA of TTVwas deteceted in 13(23.2%)of the 56 hepatitis B patients,which has no frequency significantly higher than the detection in 10(22.7%)of the 44 people with HBsAg positive(P>0.05).Conclusion The results suggest that TTVmight be opportunistic.更多还原
