【摘要】 目的　探讨碧萝芷对肿瘤生长的影响和对非特异性免疫的增强作用。方法　采用S180 与H2 2 两瘤株动物移植性肿瘤实验 ,观察对肿瘤生长的影响 ;利用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验及乳酸脱氢酶法检测NK细胞活性等非特异性免疫作用的变化。结果　碧萝芷对S180 与H2 2 肿瘤生长未见明显影响 ,但具有明显增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能和NK细胞活性的作用。结论　碧萝芷具有增强非特异性免疫的作用 ,对肿瘤生长的影响可能具有选择性更多还原

【Abstract】 objective Invedstigate the effect of pycnogenol on inhibiting growth of tumor and adjustment immunity.Methods To observe the growth of tumor by transplanted S 180 and H 22 in mice and realize the activity of the immune system’s mono-phagocyte and natural-killer cells by experiment of phagocyte in abdominal cavity to phagocytize chicken red blood cell in vitro and method of lactic dehydrogenase.Results Pycnogenol is no effect on tumor’s growth,and increases the activity of the immune system’s mono-phagocyte and natural-killer cells.Conclusion Pycnogenol can enhance the activity of non-specific immune system and may have the selectivit on the inhhibitory tumr effects.更多还原
