【摘要】 分析了安钢20t转炉挡渣锥存在的问题,研制开发出一种新型转炉出钢挡渣器——均质挡渣球。均质挡渣球球内各部分质量均等,球面有三条圆环槽,密度4.3g/cm3,材质选用碎铁和铝矾土熟料,结合剂选用高铝水泥。该均质挡渣球已应用于实际生产中,效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problems existing in skimming pyramid used in 20t converters in Angang are analyzed in the artical. A new type of skimmer- homogeneous skimming ball has been developed.It features same quality in every part and three circle troughs on the surface. Its’ density is 4. 3g/cm , and it is made up of bushel iron and bauxite chamotte and high - alumina cement, and the good application results have been obtained.更多还原
