【摘要】 目的 :观察理疗辅助药物治疗面颈部急性淋巴结炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 96例面颈部急性淋巴结炎患者随机分为两组 ,对照组 4 8例给予药物治疗 ,治疗组给予理疗辅助药物治疗 ,3d后比较临床症状及体征的改善 ,同时对疗程长短进行比较。结果 :治疗组的临床症状及体征的改善优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;治疗组的疗程短于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :理疗辅助药物治疗面颈部急性淋巴结炎更有效、疗程更短更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acute lymphadenitis of face and neck treated by physiotherapy with drugs. Methods Ninety six children with acute lymphodenitis of face and neck were randomly divided into 2 groups. Of the 96 patients,48 were treated by drugs as the control group,and the other 48 were treated by physiotherapy with drugs as the treatment group.Improvement of clinical symptoms and signs was compared after 3 days, and the treatment period was observed. Results Clinical symptom and sign of the treatment group were improved more than those of the controls ( P < 0.01);the treatment period of the treatment group was shorter than that of the controls ( P <0.01). Conclusion It is more effictive and costs less time to treat acute lymphadenitis of face and neck with physiotherapy with drugs.更多还原
